Mergify helps you combine multiple orders from the same customer into one shipment, reducing your shipping costs and simplifying fulfillment. When customers place repeat orders, you can merge them directly from your Shopify Orders page, approve Smart Suggestions, or set up Auto Merge with custom filtering rules. The app lets you merge orders instantly, after a delay, or on a daily or weekly schedule based on your preferences. Merged orders don't affect inventory counts, and test mode keeps them separate from your sales reports. You can preview merges as draft orders before finalizing and undo any merge from the History page. Recalculate shipping costs using your store rates and choose to keep or refund the difference to customers. Fulfill original orders with the merged order's tracking information and send notifications to keep customers informed. Pack and ship once instead of sending separate shipments for the same customer.
