This app helps Shopify stores comply with EU Directive 2023/2673 by adding the mandatory withdrawal button and form required since June 19, 2026. If you sell to EU consumers and don't have this button yet, your store is out of compliance. The app adds a permanently visible EU withdrawal button to your storefront with a compliant two-step confirmation flow. Customers can submit withdrawal requests directly without needing to log in. Setup takes just 2 clicks with no coding required. Once installed, the app automatically sends confirmation emails to both customers and merchants when withdrawal requests are submitted. You can customize these emails to match your brand. All withdrawal requests are managed from a single dashboard where you can track submissions and generate audit reports. The withdrawal form styling adapts to your store's design. Additional features include the option to restrict the button visibility to EU/EEA countries only, ensuring it appears only where legally required.
