About the Lowlands GARAN Guarantee Label
This app helps EU online shops comply with new legal requirements starting 27 September 2026. It displays the mandatory harmonised legal guarantee notice (EU warranty label) and GARAN durability labels for products with producer guarantees exceeding two years.
The app uses official Commission artwork in all 24 EU languages, showing labels on product pages, in the cart, and in order confirmation emails. You can add guarantee duration, brand, and model information for each product individually or through CSV upload. The GARAN label expands to show full details when clicked.
Compatible with all Online Store 2.0 themes, the app lets you choose how to display the legal guarantee notice on your pages—either as the full notice or as a clickable text link to Your Europe. Cart lines show labels for each product, and both the notice and labels appear automatically in order emails. This is not legal advice.
