About the Gift Flow
Gift Flow makes it easy for customers to send gifts to multiple recipients in a single order. Shoppers can add different recipient addresses and personalize each gift with custom messages or merchant-defined gift options right from the product or cart page, all before checkout.
The app creates separate, recipient-specific order records that merchants can use for fulfillment, refunds, and customer support. This eliminates the need to manually split orders when customers want to send products as gifts to different people.
Gift Flow integrates directly into your Shopify admin, displaying order status for each recipient on the order page. It's designed for stores that sell gift products and want to offer multi-recipient gifting without extra manual work.
