About the WAWCD CRM
WAWCD CRM connects your WhatsApp business number to send automated order updates directly to customers. Choose between QR code connection or the Official Meta API based on your plan. Send transactional messages for orders, payments, shipping, delivery, cancellations and refunds to customers who opted in. Build reusable message templates using Shopify order variables to personalize communications. Track all message activity, export records to CSV for reporting, and respect customer preferences with opt-out links. The QR method uses an unofficial linked-device connection, while Official access integrates with Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform for reliable customer notifications.
