About the OrderPatch

OrderPatch lets customers edit their orders after purchase without contacting support. Customers can update item quantities, switch product variants, change shipping addresses, add products, or cancel eligible orders directly from their account. Merchants stay in control by setting which orders qualify for changes, while all order updates stay organized inside Shopify. This reduces back-and-forth messages and gives customers flexibility to modify their purchases when needed.
