About the Stockpost
Stockpost syncs supplier stock directly to your Shopify inventory through a simple email system. Each store gets a unique inbound email address where suppliers send their existing stock reports in CSV or XLSX format. The app automatically detects SKU and quantity columns, matches them to your Shopify catalogue, and updates inventory at dedicated supplier locations. Stock levels appear natively across your admin, storefront, POS, Flow, and reports without any theme code or API integration. Suppliers don't need to log into anything—they just email their regular stock files. Features include per-supplier Shopify locations for tracking each supplier's inventory separately, automatic column detection, per-row error handling, and a storefront block showing "In stock with supplier" with breakdowns by supplier.
