About the Govalo: Gift Cards & Beyond
Govalo replaces Shopify's generic gift card with fully branded product pages featuring up to 20 custom images. Shoppers can pick a design and schedule delivery straight to the recipient by exact date. After checkout, the app handles everything automatically through your existing email platform like Klaviyo, Omnisend, or Drip.
Issue store credit instantly for returns, exchanges, and refunds to keep revenue in your store. When products or variants sell out, automatically offer a gift card as an alternative. Send hundreds of gift cards at once using bulk CSV upload, and gift Recharge or Bold subscriptions to customers. All gift cards work seamlessly at Shopify POS, and one central dashboard tracks your complete gift card revenue and store credit activity.
