This app helps recover lost repeat revenue by making reorders simple for your customers. When shoppers forget to reorder, can't find their previous purchases, or abandon their cart, you lose sales. The solution gives customers a 1-click reorder experience directly in their account.
Customers can quickly reorder with options to edit quantity, add line item properties, and include order notes. Automated reorder reminders are sent at the perfect time—whether customer-defined, usage-based, or AI-based—to prompt replenishment purchases.
A dedicated reorder page displays complete past order history, including out-of-stock products, all in one convenient location. The previously bought badge reminds customers what they've purchased before.
