NL Product Reviews helps merchants collect and display customer reviews to build trust and increase sales. The app automatically sends review requests after each purchase, making it easy to gather text reviews and photo reviews from buyers through a secure tokenized link. Every review goes through a moderation dashboard where you can approve, reject, or reply before publishing to your storefront. The app includes five customizable theme blocks—carousel, snippets, widget, rating, and testimonials—plus an app embed for flexible display options. Reviews sync automatically to Google Shopping and your Google Business Profile at no extra cost, helping improve your visibility. You can also import existing reviews via CSV and backfill review requests for past orders to quickly build social proof.
