About the SMS Troopers | Cart Recovery

SMS Troopers recovers abandoned checkouts using real people, not bots. When shoppers leave checkout, a Trooper sends them a text 30 minutes later to answer questions about products, shipping, or payment through two-way SMS conversations. Each Trooper can offer unique one-use discount codes—percentage off, fixed amount, or free shipping—to help complete the order. You control which abandoned carts get a text and what discounts Troopers can offer. Every recovered order is tracked since each discount code works only once. Each week, you receive AI insights explaining why shoppers abandon their carts, helping you understand what stops them from buying. No phone number registration or telco paperwork needed to get started.
