TwntyApps Gift Card Balance makes it simple for customers to check gift card balances and manage their gift cards directly from your store. Customers can quickly check their balance from a storefront page by entering the last four characters of their gift card. No login required for this convenient public balance checker. Logged-in customers get access to a secure gift card page where they can view all linked gift cards in one place. They'll see complete details including current balance, card status, initial value, and expiry information for each card. The app also includes an email resend option, letting customers request the native Shopify gift card email again if they need it. This helps reduce support tickets and gives customers more control over their gift card experience.
