About the NASP Rewards

NASP Rewards creates a loyalty points program that works both online and in-store with Shopify POS. Customers automatically earn points when they pay for orders, which they can redeem for store credit in their Shopify account. Merchants can set up earning and redemption rules that fit their business. Choose an annual cutoff date or configure up to four earning periods with different expiry dates. The app turns paid orders into loyalty points that build customer engagement and encourage repeat purchases. Customers view their point balances and redeem rewards directly through their Shopify accounts. Retail staff can access customer balances and process point redemptions in-store using Shopify POS, making the program seamless across all sales channels. Merchants manage everything from Shopify Admin, including reviewing activity, handling refunds and redemptions, making point adjustments when needed, and resolving store credit issues. Store credit issued through the app can include optional expiry dates for better control.
