Customers can join your loyalty program in 15 seconds and carry their digital loyalty card alongside their credit cards. The platform includes points, rewards, VIP tiers, and referrals, all managed through native wallet passes with push notifications and geofencing capabilities.
The system works seamlessly across both channels with real-time sync between online and in-store. At Shopify POS, staff can identify customers and manage rewards using NFC or QR codes. Online shoppers get extensions and embeds for smooth integration.
