Orbi Tracking creates a branded tracking page inside your store's theme where customers can check their order status from shipped to delivered. Customers simply enter their order number and email, or use a private link to see live tracking updates. The app automatically starts tracking when you add tracking numbers in Shopify, supporting cross-border carriers like YunExpress, 4PX, and Yanwen. Dropshipping mode hides origin carriers and shipping locations to protect your business model. Add delivery estimates directly on product pages and offer shipping protection in the cart. The app includes order tags, Shopify Flow triggers, webhooks, and an API for integration with your existing tools. Tracking pages match your store's design, keeping customers on your site instead of redirecting them to carrier websites.
