About the Zvanta Address Validator

Zvanta Address Validator stops wrong and incomplete delivery addresses that lead to returns, support tickets and refunds. The app blocks undeliverable addresses directly in checkout, including express and wallet checkouts, before orders are placed. After purchase, it verifies addresses against official postal registers for Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Liechtenstein and Poland, showing customers ready corrections and automatically fixing clear errors when certain. It includes 24 validation rules covering missing house numbers, postal code format issues, PO boxes, lockers and test data. Features include order tags per error type, fulfillment holds, address statistics, and buyer messages in the customer's language. The control panel is available in English, German and Polish. Every rule comes with recommended defaults, and the app never changes addresses it's unsure about.
