TraceKit adds lot and batch tracking to Shopify, letting you record which batch of a product sits on your shelf. Log lot codes, quantities, suppliers, reference documents, and key dates including manufactured, received, and expiry dates for any product. The expiry dashboard and weekly Monday email keep you informed about lots expiring within 30 days or already past their expiry date. When a supplier issues a recall, quickly trace which orders received that specific lot and export the buyer list as CSV. For FDA or retailer audits, generate FSMA 204 compliant spreadsheets using the FDA template format. Track suppliers with full contact details and attach reference documents to each lot.
