TermShield prevents unpaid B2B invoices by blocking checkout when customers exceed their credit limit. As wholesalers increasingly offer net terms, companies can keep ordering beyond what they owe—leaving you with unpaid invoices. TermShield acts as a bouncer at your B2B checkout: set a credit limit for each company, and when their outstanding balance plus current cart total goes over, checkout is automatically blocked with a clear message. The app tracks outstanding balances automatically from your orders, so no spreadsheets needed. Features include a color-coded dashboard showing each company's credit limit and usage, soft monitoring mode, CSV import and export, AR aging view, and overdue alerts sent directly to your email.
