StockSnap helps retail staff count inventory and receive incoming stock directly from the Shopify POS app, eliminating the need for spreadsheets or separate tools. Staff can complete stock takes by selecting a collection and scanning items with a barcode scanner, the POS built-in camera, or through manual entry. The results instantly update your Shopify inventory records, keeping everything in sync.
The app makes it easy to scan new shipments at each store location and add stock on the spot. You can also create inventory transfers right from the POS system. Every completed stock take is automatically saved to a history in your admin, giving you a complete record of all stock adjustments. This keeps inventory management inside POS where it belongs, helping your team work more efficiently without switching between different systems.
