About the ShotSwap

ShotSwap fixes Shopify's variant photo limitations by letting you assign multiple photos to each product variant. Instead of showing every image regardless of what shoppers select, the gallery displays only the photos for the chosen colour. Each colour gets its own photo shelf where you can pick images from a grid and drag to reorder them. When a shopper picks Navy, they see only Navy's photos. The app includes colour, image and pill swatches with live preview, so you can see exactly how it looks before going live. Bulk assign photos with a preview you approve first. Activation is verified against your live storefront, and every colour shows exactly what shoppers will see. Sold-out variants stay properly styled while buy buttons remain untouched.
