About the Saal: Sales Agent
This app lets sales reps place orders directly in your storefront on behalf of customers, without needing staff accounts or admin access. Instead of retyping field and phone orders into draft orders and looking up prices by hand, mark customers as sales agents who can order for their assigned customers using that customer's own catalog, pricing and locations.
Orders land on the customer's account, not the rep's. On Shopify Plus, charge the company's saved payment method at checkout. On other plans, orders go out as an invoice with a payment link. Choose which customers, companies or tags each rep may order for. Every session is recorded with a consent date, note and responsible rep so you can trace who ordered for whom.
