Acerca de Retainify: Order Editing
Retainify lets customers edit orders after checkout without contacting support. Shoppers can change their delivery address, swap sizes, adjust quantities, add items and pay the difference, or cancel orders within your chosen time window. Each order gets its own tracking page built into your theme where customers manage everything themselves.
The app includes a one-tap check-in that asks customers how their order is going. AI responds in your brand voice and suggests the right in-stock size if needed. When customers want to return items, you can offer bonus store credit to keep the product instead of processing a refund.
After purchase, customers see one AI-selected upsell offer they can add with a single click, charged to the same card they used. The app supports EU withdrawal requirements, works in 6 languages, and integrates with Klaviyo and Shopify Flow to reduce returns while improving the post-purchase experience.
