Waitly helps you recover lost sales by automatically emailing shoppers when sold-out products are back in stock. When a product variant hits zero inventory, a sign-up form appears on your product page. The moment you restock, everyone on the waiting list gets an automatic email with a direct link to the product.
You control the sender name, subject line, and message content in Dutch or English. The dashboard shows your complete waiting list and highlights which products are most in demand, helping you make smarter reorder decisions. Sign-ups can be exported to CSV or deleted with one click.
Adding the form to your store takes about a minute using the theme editor—no coding or developer needed. The form automatically appears on sold-out variants and hides when items return to stock.
