Acerca de Raiten Booking

Raiten Booking lets you take appointments for store visits and fittings directly through your Shopify checkout. Time slots from your opening hours become bookable products that customers purchase as ordinary orders - no separate payment system or order list needed. Everything is displayed in Japanese for your customers. You can customize the calendar text and reminder emails right from the admin panel, with no theme code required. Each time slot has its own capacity limit, so you never get overbooked. Customers receive a personal link to change or cancel their booking without logging in. The app sends reminder emails the day before appointments (when you enable this feature). View all bookings in a daily list that exports to CSV for your front desk. Bookings integrate seamlessly with your existing Shopify orders, making appointment management simple for Japanese-speaking stores.
