PlainClaim helps EU merchants comply with the legal guarantee notice requirement starting 27 September 2026. The app automatically displays the European Commission's official harmonised guarantee notice in all 24 EU languages, matching each shopper's language without any coding needed.
For products with producer durability guarantees exceeding two years, you can add the official EU GARAN label. Each label includes a dated confirmation record, ready for authority requests. The app uses only genuine EU artwork, not imitation badges.
Additional tools include Guarantee Studio for drafting producer guarantee statements and Claims Check to identify banned green and durability claims under new EU regulations, complete with suggested fixes.
