Pit Crew lets you manage customer repairs and service jobs directly inside Shopify POS. Built for any trade - bike shops, jewelers, watch repair, electronics, footwear, tailoring, and instrument repair. Take jobs in at the counter, track them through completion, and collect payment at pickup. Record customer details, item information, and repair problems from the Repairs tile in POS. Customize intake fields like item type, brand, model, serial, and color to match your business, or add your own custom fields. Collect deposits as sales at drop-off. Assign technicians to jobs, set ready dates, and track repairs from received to ready status. Customers get notified when their items are ready for pickup. Add parts from your inventory and ring them up at pickup, making the entire repair workflow seamless from intake to final payment.
