PickForge turns any phone or handheld scanner into a complete scan-and-pack station for warehouse picking and order fulfillment. Scan the courier label on a parcel or type the order number to instantly open the matching order. Barcode-verify every item as you pack it into the box - if you scan a wrong item, a mispick alarm fires before you seal the parcel. Verified orders are automatically fulfilled with tracking numbers. Staff can log in using a PIN on the warehouse scanner, so no Shopify admin accounts are needed. The app works offline-proof: picks queue on your device and resend when Wi-Fi returns. Import bin locations and shelf positions from Stocky or any inventory CSV to guide pickers where to walk. No customer personal data is stored on devices.
