Ordzo helps Shopify merchants reduce return-to-origin losses on Cash on Delivery orders. When customers place a COD order, the app sends a WhatsApp message asking them to confirm or cancel before shipping. This lets merchants filter out orders that customers never intended to receive. Merchants connect their own WhatsApp Business Cloud API account, so confirmation messages send from their business number. Ordzo also scores each order's return risk automatically and gives customers the option to switch to prepaid before their COD order ships. The app keeps customers informed by sending order and delivery status updates directly through WhatsApp.
