OrderPing helps you confirm cash on delivery orders through WhatsApp before shipping, eliminating losses from fake COD orders and refused deliveries. Every unconfirmed order costs you double in courier fees, but this app stops that. When a COD order comes in, your customer instantly receives a WhatsApp message with one-tap Confirm and Cancel buttons. You only ship confirmed orders, protecting your business from unnecessary courier costs. Built on Meta's official WhatsApp Business API to keep your business number secure. Send messages in six languages: English, Sinhala, Tamil, Hindi, Urdu, and Arabic, with live preview before sending. If customers don't respond within 24 hours, an automatic reminder goes out. Orders automatically expire after 72 hours with no confirmation. The app also sends shipping notifications with tracking links to keep customers informed throughout delivery.
