Acerca de OrderFix: Customer Order Edit

OrderFix lets customers edit their own orders after checkout without contacting support. Shoppers can fix shipping addresses, change item quantities, add or remove products, or cancel orders within a time window you control. The app automatically closes editing when your chosen window ends or when the order ships. Every customer order edit goes through Shopify's native order editing system, keeping your fulfillment process in sync. When customers add items to their order, payment is settled through Shopify's payment page before shipping. The edit link appears in order confirmation emails and on the order status page for easy access. You decide what customers can change and how long they have to make edits. All texts and emails are customizable in any language, with a card displayed on the order status page. This self-service approach reduces support emails while giving customers control to fix mistakes on their own terms.
