Shopify's default dashboard counts every order as revenue the moment it's placed, but for cash-on-delivery merchants, that's misleading. A COD order is just a promise until it's delivered, and returned parcels cost you shipping both ways while earning nothing.
Munafa calculates your true net profit per order using real costs: product cost, shipping, packaging, gateway fees, COD fees, and return shipping.
