MarginSentry helps you manage supplier price lists, margins, purchase orders and stock all in one place. When your supplier sends a new price list in CSV or Excel format, the app reads any layout, matches each line to your products, and shows the margin impact before updating costs in Shopify. Every write is verified and reversible with one click, so you stay in control.
The app handles your complete purchasing workflow: create purchase orders as PDFs, scan to receive stock with landed cost tracking, set reorder points, and use sales forecasts to generate draft orders per supplier. You can also run stocktakes with a scanner, manage transfers between locations, and access detailed stock reports. All cost, price and inventory changes are verified with Shopify and can be undone instantly.
