Loyalty & Rewards by Ecombone helps bring customers back for repeat purchases through a complete points and rewards program. Customers earn points for orders, sign-ups, birthdays, referrals, reviews, surveys and SMS opt-ins, then redeem them for discount codes, free shipping or free products directly from their Shopify customer account.
The app includes VIP tiers that rank members by points earned or total spend, unlocking perks like point multipliers, automatic discounts and store credit cashback. Referral links let customers share discounts with friends while earning rewards themselves.
