Lilya adds a required terms and conditions checkbox to your cart page and cart drawer, keeping the checkout button disabled until customers agree. This checkout rule blocks all purchases without consent, including Shop Pay and express checkout options.
Customize your own agreement text with links to your terms of service, privacy policy, or any other policies you need. Customer consent is automatically saved to each order, giving you proof if disputes arise later.
The checkbox appears in the cart before checkout begins and works in 20 languages without editing your theme code. Note that POS orders, order edits, API-created orders, and recurring renewals aren't checked by this app.
