Files are stored on SOC 2 and ISO 27001 certified Cloudflare R2 infrastructure with AES-256 encryption at rest for maximum security.
The app supports resumable uploads up to 1 GB that survive connection drops without losing progress. Hourly encrypted offsite backups with 30-day retention protect your data. Configure upload fields per product, variant, or collection. Customize the widget design, set file requirements, add translations, and auto-tag orders containing uploaded files.
