HyreKit turns your Shopify store into a complete rental booking system for equipment hire, party rentals, and any inventory that comes back. Instead of selling products, you rent them by date range with automatic reservation of every hire day plus turnaround time, so multi-day bookings never overlap or create double-bookings.
Version 2.0 tracks every machine as its own unit with serial numbers, rental counts, engine hours, and service logs. The free Android Companion app lets you scan codes to hand out rentals and scan them back on return, making equipment tracking simple.
Built-in features include deposits, rental extensions, late fees, self-service cancellations with refunds, and lifecycle emails. The ten-language booking calendar works internationally, while rental guard blocks orders missing rental dates.
