About the HyreKit ‑ Rental Bookings
HyreKit turns your Shopify store into a rental booking system for equipment hire, party rental, and any inventory that comes back. Rent products by date range instead of selling them - every day of a booking is reserved with turnaround buffer, so multi-day hires never overlap or create double-bookings.
Version 2.0 tracks every machine as its own unit with serial numbers, rental count, engine hours, and service log. Know exactly which unit went out on each booking. The free Android Companion app lets you scan codes to hand out rentals and scan them back on return.
Built-in features include deposits, extensions, late fees, and lifecycle emails. The ten-language booking calendar makes it easy for customers worldwide, while rental guard blocks orders without proper rental dates. Track your fleet, manage bookings, and keep equipment organized all in one place.
