HK Pickup helps Hong Kong merchants collect accurate SF Express pickup details before checkout, reducing wrong addresses and delivery errors. Customers can choose between SF pickup points or home delivery directly from the cart or cart drawer.
The app lets shoppers search and filter SF Express stations, lockers, and partner points by type, district, or keyword in English, Traditional Chinese, or Simplified Chinese. Once customers confirm their pickup location, the checkout address automatically prefills with the selected SF point details.
All pickup information saves directly on the order—including the pickup code, full address, and delivery method—making fulfilment straightforward. Merchants can toggle which pickup types to display (SF Station, Locker, or Partner Point), and locations update automatically without manual uploads.
