Acerca de Formly Form Builder
Formly Form Builder lets you create unlimited custom forms for your Shopify store and embed them on any page. Choose from 11 ready-made templates including contact forms, RSVP forms, quote requests, return forms, warranty registration, feedback surveys, support tickets, appointments, wholesale inquiries, and newsletters—or start with a blank form.
The drag-and-drop editor makes it simple to customize fields, add conditional logic, organize sections, and adjust colors to match your brand. Forms can be embedded inline or as pop-ups using a single code snippet, with no theme modifications required.
Every form submission appears in your dashboard with tracking numbers, search functionality, and status updates. Automatic email notifications go to your team while customers receive confirmation emails. Built-in spam protection keeps your inbox clean, and you can set different email recipients for each form. All submissions are stored and managed in one central location for easy reference.
