Fixify lets customers edit their own unfulfilled orders directly from Shopify Customer Accounts, reducing support tickets while keeping you in control. Customers can update shipping addresses, swap between variants of the same product, and adjust quantities when no payment or refund is needed. You decide which order edits are allowed and set time limits for how long editing stays open after purchase. All completed edits are recorded in an activity history for easy review, giving you full visibility into customer changes.
