Acerca de PickLatch Pickup Scanner
PickLatch Pickup Scanner helps your staff manage local pickup orders right at the counter. Scan supported pickup codes using Shopify Mobile or POS, or enter order numbers manually from your desktop. The app instantly displays order details, item lists, and pickup status to verify everything before handoff.
It automatically blocks shipping orders, canceled orders, refunded orders, and already-completed orders from being processed as pickups. This prevents duplicate fulfillment and ensures only eligible pickup orders get handed to customers. Staff can confirm payment status, check fulfillment details, and complete pickup fulfillment directly through the scanner without creating duplicates in Shopify.
