EC: Email Marketing Automation lets Shopify merchants send marketing campaigns and automated messages through their own email provider account, including Amazon SES, SendGrid, Mailgun, Postmark, or any SMTP server. You maintain full ownership of your sender reputation, deliverability, and domain authentication while keeping subscriber data secure inside your Shopify admin with encryption at rest.
Create email campaigns using the drag-and-drop editor with product blocks and live preview. Set up automated flows for welcome emails, abandoned cart recovery, birthday messages, post-purchase follow-ups, and win-back campaigns. Segment your subscribers by purchase history, customer tags, country, or custom fields for targeted messaging.
The app includes automatic fallback to a backup provider if your primary service gets throttled or goes down. All subscriber data is removed on uninstall, and unsubscribe requests apply across every connected email provider you use.
