About the DutyLookout
DutyLookout classifies your product catalog under the US Harmonized Tariff Schedule using a two-pass system. First, it determines the tariff subheading, then selects the exact 10-digit statistical line from published tariff data—not from AI memory. Every suggested HTS code includes a written rationale and confidence level. Existing codes are validated and kept or flagged for review, never replaced without your approval. Duty calculations use arithmetic against a versioned rate snapshot with no AI guesswork. The app includes daily tariff monitoring with per-SKU email alerts as standard, helping you maintain accurate tariff classification for your products.
