Delivery Radar monitors your tracked shipments and flags delivery problems before they escalate. The app reads carrier scans and brings parcels that need attention into one inbox—whether they're stalled, never scanned, refused, held at customs, returned, or affected by failed delivery attempts.
Each issue comes with a plain-English explanation, a recommended next step, and a ready-to-send customer message you can copy or open directly in SMS, WhatsApp, or email. Messages are available in seven languages to match your customer base.
The app prioritises urgent delivery problems over routine shipments, so you can focus on what matters. It works out of the box with optional settings to tune alert timing based on how your carriers scan parcels. Air cargo (AWB) tracking is not supported.
