Datima Stock Expiry Management

Datima helps you track expiry dates by batch for products like food, supplements, and cosmetics. Your store knows inventory levels, but not when items expire—leading to write-offs and shipping expired stock to customers. This app records expiry dates the way stock actually arrives: per batch, with lot codes and bin locations. When orders ship, the system automatically deducts from the earliest-expiring batch first, keeping your numbers accurate as you sell. Refunds restore stock to the correct batch. The dashboard shows at-risk inventory expiring within 7, 30, and 90 days, plus its total value, so you can discount or rotate stock before it's too late. Import batches via CSV pre-filled with your products, shift dates in bulk, and export data anytime. You can even display expiry dates in your theme.
