About the Creditly
Creditly converts refunds into store credit that customers actually use, with the option to add a bonus percentage on top. The app also lets you set up cashback rules to give customers a percentage of each order back as credit. Everything runs on Shopify's native store credit system—no gift cards or points workarounds needed.
Every credit transaction is logged with full details: when it happened, why it was issued, and which order it came from. You can export the complete activity log as a CSV file anytime. Customers can check their credit balance directly on your storefront using a simple theme block that works on any page.
The app is designed for easy management. If you ever need to cancel, you can do it in one click from the settings page without contacting support. All refunds to store credit can be automated, and you can set optional minimum order values for cashback rewards.
