About the Commision Pro: Chat & Files

Commission Pro: Chat and Files makes it easy for merchants to handle customer communication for custom orders. Customers can send messages and upload reference images directly through an embedded chat widget on your storefront. There's also an optional product page uploader to collect reference files for commission work. All uploaded files are automatically saved to Shopify Files and attached to orders as clickable links, keeping everything organized in one place. Merchants can view conversations, create and send draft order invoices, and track commission orders right from the app admin. Your chat history and images are stored as structured records in Shopify metaobjects, so all your data stays in your store where it belongs.
