About the CODCheck

CODcheck protects merchants from cash-on-delivery fraud by scoring every COD order for risk. The app analyzes buyer phone numbers, email addresses, order history, and refusal patterns shared across the CODcheck merchant network to identify risky buyers before they complete checkout. When a high-risk buyer attempts to place a cash-on-delivery order, CODcheck can automatically hide the COD payment option or add a COD fee based on rules you configure. This prevents order refusals that leave you covering return shipping costs on unsold goods. The real-time dashboard shows verification analytics for all COD orders, while automatic order tagging flags risky purchases for manual review. You can also create custom block and allow lists for specific phone numbers. All buyer details are stored as encrypted fingerprints to protect customer privacy while preventing fraud across the merchant network.
