About the COD Sentry: Order Risk Score
COD Sentry scores every Cash on Delivery order to help you reduce COD fraud and cut losses. Each order gets a risk score with signals that flag suspicious activity before you ship. Hold risky orders for review and use the blocklist to automatically flag specific emails or phone numbers. The dashboard displays recent flagged orders with filters for risk level, payment status, and review state. Export order data to CSV for deeper analysis. Adjust risk rules in settings and set up optional webhook alerts to notify your system when risky COD orders are created.
