COD Guard screens every cash-on-delivery order for fraud before you ship. The app automatically scores each COD order as soon as it arrives in Shopify, validating phone numbers, email addresses, and delivery addresses to detect fake or contradictory details. Each order receives a low, medium, or high risk rating. Medium and high risk orders are automatically tagged in Shopify Admin so your fulfillment team can pause and review them before processing. The app shows you exactly why each order received its risk score, helping you make informed decisions quickly. You can set your own risk threshold and blocklist repeat offenders by phone number, email address, or customer name. Vietnamese phone, email, and address validation is built in, giving you one clear verdict per order to protect your business from fraudulent cash-on-delivery transactions.
