About the CartGuard
CartGuard helps you control which products customers can purchase directly from your store. Block checkout for specific items by tagging products that require a quote, are display-only, or coming soon. Choose from preset tags or create your own custom tags to prevent checkout. You can also block entire product categories by type or automatically tag products using template suffixes. Customize error messages to let customers know why certain items can't be purchased. The app works with Shopify's native checkout extensibility, so no theme modifications are needed.
